Operation of the Separate Supply System
The separate supply system utilizes NP-02 type peristaltic dosing pumps, with the number of pumps determined by the components of the working solution, including water. Flow rates and component percentages are set via a central control panel or individual dispensers. Water is supplied from the main tank of the treatment unit.
Monitoring and Preparation of the Working Solution
Dispensers continuously display real-time information on the supplied amounts of water and other components. The working solution is prepared in the hydraulic line before application to the seed material in the treatment chamber. The system also adjusts the amount of working fluid based on changes in seed supply.
